Help With Web Form

Okay, this is really getting to me and I thought I would ask some people here.

My web form on this page http://www.calissaleigh.com/seo-content.htm

I get a success page, but I don't get the email. I've done this before a long time ago. What could be wrong? I believe it is the text file:

Anyone who knows anything of design, can you locate the problem?

And watch, as soon as I ask, I'll figure it out. :p But would anyone like to help?

the text file you have attached is simply the template for your email, it doesnt aactually do the email sending. you need to find the prosessing script before we can help you further
