Image dhtml popup...

Hey guys,
When going on this site:
http://www.freeadvertisingforum.com/

If you have never been before there is an image pop up that appears ! The cool stuff about it is that there is a transparent drop down shadow which covers the text...

I am looking to implement this on my forum to increase my subscription site but how can I do this ??

Please help me out here !

Krooga, measure your results and tell us what happens. I'd be curious to see if you see an increase in subscriptions.
