Do you use a content management system?

Hello folks.

I'm about to start a new endeavor as webmaster for a pretty big company. They have multiple websites and so far have been updating them the old fashioned way (the web guy does it). First major project I'm going to implement is a content management system. In the past I've created my own proprietary system, but I don't have the time or inclination to tackle that again.

So my question is what commercial CMS do you recommend based on real experience? Pros... Cons...
