Query over Diplaying UK Date - different on different server

I am running a VBScript/ASP site with Access on a local server for users within my organisation.

I have had problems showing the UK date and found some solutions online which didnt think were working at first. I have now uploaded the same site and database to my personal space on the internet and the date is showing correctly in the UK format.

I have checked the locale settings in the control panel on the server and these are correctly set in the UK format. I have checked my own settings on my machine too.

Any ideas? Are there settings in IIS maybe for the local server that I may need to change? I have had a look but cant seem to see anything.
