Could someone please help me in setting up a blog on my domain?

I am having hell trying to FTP my blogs onto my domain.

By the way my site is hosted by Yahoo. Any help please?

What kind of blog script is this?

From what i hear, yahoo hosting doesn't take too kindly to some types of scripts
