Default css validation

when I run my css file through the w3c validator it says it is valid css, but in dreamweaver mx I have a squiggly red line beneath the link to the css file saying that there are 4 errors in my external css file (netscape navigator). How do I find out what these errors are?

Stick the mouse over the underlined item and it will tell you about it.

Or with the CSS file open do File > Check Page > Check Target Browsers, I find lots of errors will be things that IE5 doesn't support which is a pain as I still get IE5 traffic to my sites.

At the end of the day you really need to run up copies of all the browsers you want your site to run on and try it. If the site works/degrades nicely in your target browsers then I wouldn't worry too much.
