Reload Issue

I have a client that has been concerned with the number of reloads on his site. He is averaging about 10% of his total page views as reloads. Is this something out of the ordinary? We are not seeing anything outrageously different with our other clients.

Whats the site and what pages are being reloaded? Could be a number of reasons.
