Default Need help with a drop down menu within a header

On my site: http://www.raz-sports.com I have table where
it says: Web/Sports Directory/Sports Graphics and so on.

I was wondering if you know how I can have those as drops down?

example:

once their mouse is over the wording sports directory, a drop down menu appears to other pages within that category. Also, the main category such as sports directory can also be clicked.

Not sure where to post the coding and how to get it working with my design.

This would require a javascript menu to accomplish what your after. Try using google and search for "free javascript menu" which should point you in the right direction. The menu I like is at:
