Default phpbb.com

I want to make a forum on my site using phpbb.com and i'm confused on how. My host said they include unlimited databases and according to matt with that i can set it up in only 2 min. my host said it's straight forward to set up except i still dont' get it. What exactly do i do? when i read the instructions on phpbb.com its very confusing, Could someone give me some steps i can use to install a forum on a page of my site using Front Page 2002. btw if needed I use Windows XP Pro.

When i asked my host they said on cpanel to click bulletin board which took me straight to phpbb set up, and to set it up it said to enter admin username and admin password, and a subdomain. and click install.

I still dont' get this, what are the steps i need to take to install a forum on my site?

Those are the steps. After you enter the admin password , username and a directory you should be able to access the forum by typing yourdomain.com/forumdirectory in the address bar.
