Text Ads Script

I have a question: I've been looking and maybe some of you know: Where can I find a script that allows me to sell text ads on my web site for a monthly or weekly Fee($$) and allow affiliates to sell them for a %?

A little more info would be nice.

What language is the rest of the site in? Do you need PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, Perl?

Try taking a look at http://www.hotscripts.com under "Affiliate" in any language category.

Jerry,

My site is mostly designed in CSS, HTML and PHP.
I am looking for this text ads script to have been designed in using PHP. I've checked hotscripts and have found nothing.
