Default Small Problem, Big Headache!

Don't really know if this is the right place, but what the heck.

I have a HP Color LeserJet 3500, pretty good machine itself, but one problem. Tray 2 doesn't support the size I am printing on 8.5 x 5.5. Tray 1 does, but not the thickness. AAHHH!

If I use Tray 2, after every sheet it prints it stops and wait for me to tell it to go again. This is a hassle considering I am trying to print round 4,000 pages. The printer comes with a handy web interface that I can just click the "continue" button twice and it will go on it's merry way.

My question is, is there any way to hack the code and just have it keep on refreshing? If you need more specifics, PLEASE, just let me know.
