Q: instant messaging from my web without registration

Good day,
I would like my website visitors to be able
- to see whether I am online
- to talk or write with me without any registration

I have icq, msn messenger and I can install whatever.
The site is built in PHP

Is there any software for this?

What it sounds like you need is one of the LiveSupport type of applications: http://phplivesupport.com/, http://site-alive.com/ are a couple. These apps allow you to place an icon on your site that shows you're on & offline status as well as provide for rapid support to visitors.
