I Wanna Learn C# and asp.net,Which ebook or tutorial do you recommand me?

Unfortunately, there is a massive wealth of tutorials and online resources for c#, so recommending just one is a bit difficult.

I would suggest Googling for "Beginning C# Tutorials" or just "beginners C#"

Another great resource is www.asp.net, where you can find a LOT of asp.Net tutorials in both vb.net and c#, not to mention a great set of forums, and you can also download WebMatrix, a freeware web development tool for asp.net development.
