PhpWCMS - The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

This post is intended to gain an insight from WebProWorld members regarding experiences with the free CMS program called PhpWCMS. This post is appearing here - at WebProWorld (rather than the PhpWCMS forum) - in order to obtain the unique WebProWorld perspective on the matter.

Please note that I have never used PhpWCMS. However, I am now considering it as a potential solution for producing sites that can be managed by non-technical business owners. You are hereby invited to share your associated experiences; the good, the bad, and the ugly.
