Printing management script

I've tried to find a normal priced solution for printing management but I've only found software that has at least 4 digits. I'm trying now to find a web based solution for this (php, asp) that will allow me to have a reliable printing management solution (job tracking,job management,time tracking,document approval,press management...).

So if anyone here uses such a system and it's a reliable (and not too expensive) one, then I would really appreciate an answer. Thank you in advance.
