Default What is CMS

I know it means content management sysetem
It suppose to regulate content.Are their software
for this .How do i get CMS connectedto my site.

There are tons of them out there. maybe too many
But, yes you install it on your domain, they normally come complete with an administration area so you can manage it and add content.
