Default written to a CRM program called Maximizer

Has anyone written to a CRM program called Maximizer (http://www.maximizer.com)? I have a client that uses this software and is trying to decide between php and .net for his website. He presently is on a Linux server. He is being told that he must use asp or .net. I hate having my hands tied by Brother Bill so we are looking for others that have worked with this situation or other like it. The intranet environment is and will always be Microsoft blue and they will be staying with Maximizer as their CRM. He want his website to be tied directly to his database, so pages are loaded based on username and password. I will be outsourcing this project.

Default Maxmizer Thoughts

I nanswer to the question of using either PHP or .Net for a website, use PHP. It is great and powerfull, and after the release of version PHP 5...wow! I experienced Maximizer some time ago; but, I moved on to SugarCRM (a PHP tool).

Default MNaximizer in .asp

We have written a complete web/Intranet interface for Maximizer in .asp. It works with all versions from 4 on. The only limitation to running Maximizer as a web enabled client is Maximizer’s ODBC driver. Because of this the number of concurrent users needs to be kept below 20 otherwise the system starts to slow down rapidly, especially when producing reports on-line.
