Request help on machine.config File

Hi all,

Can anyone help me in resolving my following problem?

Problem Statement:

My site went down immediately on installation of vpmodule.msi security patch from Microsoft. It was suggested by Microsoft themselves.

Description:

While investigation I had removed
<location impersonate = "false"> tag from machine.config file and to my surprise my site was up. But I am sure this is not the solution but a mere turnaround. It poses many security issues.

Request:

Can anyone provide me suggestion so as to install the patch and have my site working without removing <location impersonate = "false"> tag?
