Default Problems with Vertical Fly Out Menu

Hi, I'm having some problems on my companies website with a DHTML and javascript vertical flyout menu. It is called Menu Magic II and I just can't get the alignment right on the submenus. If you check out the site - pfastship.com, you will notice that the submenus will appear in different spots depending on the resolution of the monitor or the size of the window.

I was able to get the sub menus to stay put by placing an additional <DIV> tag around the navigation, but the menus act really weird when I do this. For example, hovering over the button it will blink and not allow to click it.

Can someone please help me with this? I've tried everything!

Thanks
