Default Feedback Forms in Dreamweaver??????

Does anyone know how to setup a feedback form in Dreamweaver. I am having problems getting the information from my form to my e-mail. I have tried to use the mailto: action but it seems to have some problems. I would really appreciate any insight you might have on this.

You would be far better using a mailer script than a mailto link. The mailto link relies on users having an email client installed on their machine. What about anyone viewing from a public place? such as Internet cafes, libraries, etc.

Does your hosting allow for server side scripts to be run? What platform are you running? Apache on a Unix server or Windows and IIS?
