Page Loading Script?

I'm looking for a simple Page Loading script that opens
in another small window that shows you a progress bar
while the page is loading.

Here are a few links to Javascripts that display a progress bar while images are loaded. They work in IE and Firefox. Either one of the scripts could easily function as a Page Pre-Loader.
