struggling with stats

HI

My c/panel has stats galore but I struggle to make use of them.

Do you have or use a good webstats programme that tells me in some plain english what is going on where on my site, what's hot and what's not etc.

I want to see what visitors are really doing, not what browser they are using I can get all that on the standard stats

Any help appreciated

Sawmill is a stats program that has been recommended on several occasions. $99.00 to buy, or you can get a free copy if you help them in testing their software.

I would also recommend you try a month's free trial of Click Metrix. The analysis tools are very impressive. You can see instantly how visitors are finding you, follow their click-paths through your site, etc. Ecommerce, marketing campaigns can also be easily setup and monitored. One problem, it's a bit on the pricey side, but well worth a look.
