Default Free Raw Log Analysis Software - recommend please

Hi.
My host offers Webalizer reports for free, but I find the reporting level inadequate. I can download raw logs and can analyse them offline.
Can you guys recommend any good free:-) web log analysis software?
I've used AwStats on other host, and I like the program. The problem is that it is a pain to install.
What I'm looking for is something like ClickTracks (but free:-)), which simply crunches your raw logs without the need to install Apache, etc.

Thanks!

You're going to be struggling to get an easy to use, highly effective, advanced statistics package for free!

That said, I'm sure I've suggested this in other threads, but Sawmill offer their software for free, so long as you're prepared to put a bit of effort in testing their software.

I use Sawmill also. It is a pretty extensive package and can run from the desktop or on your server. As Paul said, you can get it for free if you do some testing for them.

Another free log analyzer is the Open Source AWstats which is a SourceForge project. It is more than an ample stat analyzer for most people's needs.

sem4u, Funnel Web analyzer looks good. What are the limitations of the Trial Version?
