Default Access weblog on another site from separate site?

Hi everyone. My question concerns opening a distant weblog from within another website.

I have two web sites. One is hosted free, and gives me no server side technology. The other one I pay for and has Perl, PHP and MySQL capability.

Now I'd like to run a weblog under the domain name of my free account, but cannot since it doesn't support PHP. I can, however, set up a PHP-based blog on my paid account, but I don't want to redirect users to my second site, since it is unrelated and would confuse them. Is there any way I can open an interactive window to my blog site from within the free site?
(Does this make sense?)
I have seen JavaScript used by newspaper portals to put "free headlines" on third-party sites. Is there something similar that might work with my query?

Many thanks
