Default Link Exchange AUTOMATED JS, CGI? How to?

I would like to develop a script for one of my sites to add links to a page automatically and also alphabatize them at the same time. I would also like to be able to delete any links that I do not want on that page. CGI or Javascript? Any links to free resources? I can not spend too much time on this site's link exchange program so I wanted to make it a fairly automatic process.

In summary: I would like the website title and link to show automatically after being submitted via a form and have a log file or something that I can edit for links that I do not want.

Thanks,

Rich

Not too sure if you are looking for a PHP or ASP solution (we've been working on an ASP solution as well):
ASP

Thanks for the links.

It just seems that there would be any easy way to set up a script to gather form data and post it as links on a page.

Does anyone know if anyone has tried this yet?

Rich

I finally found a solution to my problem:

I used this free PHP script to make the following:

Let me know if this helps anyone!

I installed it 30 minutes ago and so far it is EASY setup and seems to work fine with the tests I have been putting it through.

...now to get some people to exchange links with me!

Rich

P.S. Notice how my font is inconistant on my links page? I can't get my .css to talk to the php...maybe someone could check the code out for me.
Thanks.

Cool, looks like a good script.

Ummm for the text..
Looks like the top paragraph has been given a css name 'main' , while the text in the box (link description) has no declaration

For those of you who were curious I found a great solution to a PHP driven link managment applet.

Here is the page I created:

http://www.bambooheadquarters.com/links/link.php

and here is the free applet I used to create it:

http://www.flickeringlights.net/phplinksmanagerpro/

This has made my link exchange management a breeze.
