Default Pulling cgi through javascript

Hello,
I use Cliff's cgi banner script to implement most of our banners. Only problem is you cannot pull a cgi through cgi scripts, such as message boards, polls etc. Does anyone know how I could incorporate using a javascript to pull the banner script on these pages? Maybe something like Googles AdSense script?

I'm aware there are many javascripts available, but I like Matt's script for one, and would like to retain it. I also have various sizes of banners, 468 X 60, 720 X 90 etc, and want to pull all of them from one script.

Thanks in advance,
RJ
