Default Google / Overture Ad based site

Lately i've been comming across these sites, which all the content of the pages are just google sponsored ads.

Examples:

www.zen.com
www.webdesign.com

My question to all of you is this... How did they do that? Is there some sort of API i'm not seeing?

Basically i'm interested in finding out how they do that and maybe,... MAYBE implementing something like that for a new domain i've got.

I'm assuming that they're making money off of those clicks as well, for if they weren't I don't see a point in having a site like that.

Thanks EV1

Default

think i may have found the solution

http://www.content.overture.com/d/USm/ps/paid.jhtml

Problem though:

"Customized Overture Partnerships are available for companies that generate more than two million Web searches monthly."

So I guess i'd have to validate I got that many hits... bah...
