Table alignment problem

Please excuse my n0ob question, and I did not see a way to attach a file, so I set the html here..
Can anyone tell me where in this code The right text window (table) gets set lower that the left and the middle ones? I must be blind, but I can't get it to move up..

spacer.gif in the the cell(s) that determines the horizontal spacing between the 3 text areas, I am wondering about the spacing between the 3rd (rightmost) table and the top of the site. If you paste the code to a browser you will see what I mean.

I did, and I took that line out, and the spacing problem you mentioned went away.

My apologies, You are absolutely right- that is supposed to be a horizontal spacer, not a vertical one- Thanx
