Anyone got a good PHP minipoll script?

I have searched all over for a good PHP poll script that is easy to use but most of them are really complicated.

I am looking for any easy to use and easy to implement poll that can be displayed in my pages. And if possible, no credits to be displayed.

"really complicated" is a relative term.

I would've suggested Bravenet's mini poll, but you've said that you didn't want to see any credits. However, that is probably one of the simplest polls to set up! ;o)
