hi, my videos on youtube start in default mode "standard quality"

Is there a way to make them start in "high quality" ?

EMBED Options:
i emnedded my videos in my blog. Again, they start in "standard quality". Is there a way to embed them in "high quality" ?

Which blog software you're using?

If you are using wordpress new version click "code" on the writing panel and add embedded code, it should work.

yes off course, embedded code for youtube works in wordpress, but my question is:

add &fmt=18 to the end of a url to make it show up in high quality.
