What's your opinion of the award to MySpace against the spammer?

we need more successful lawsuits like this. Hitting the spammers in th pocket book is the only way to stop/stem the tide

I rather they had to do hard time. It's too easy to hide money and file bankruptcy.

I also think the government and MySpace should extend the penalties to the affiliates and advertisers that facilitated these ads. Most of the spam and phishing sites set up by Wallace made their money with ads from **brite. If it wasn't for them, the spamming wouldn't have been so profitable to begin with.
