Where to submit rss feed

Hi I hope this is the right place for this?
I have made an rss feed for our news for our site which i will manually update (its only 1-2 news stories a week). We are going to have ask internally that everyone download a feedreader and subscribe to it to kepp up to date with company news, but what about externally - where do i submit the feed to to get it read by people??!
I tried in google but it was the same submission form as 'submit your site' do i just put the url in there?
Any tips welcome - we're an international company in the mobile communications industry are there any B2B or telecomms specific feeds to submit to?

Very useful tool for submitting your site in one go to all the feed engines is Blog and ping | Pingoat

nb...scroll down the page to see where to enter your feed details, as at top of page is just a newsletter form.

Once you have entered the feed details, you can then bookmark that url and anytime the feed gets updated, just click the bookmark and all the feed engines are automatically pinged in one go.

Is the pingoat site up and working? i see you can actually submit now.

Yes seems to be working here, you can just submit your feed details staright from the homepage and ping your chosen feed directories.
