Default Can you defend yourself?

This thread:

Domain reseller gone, what about my domains?

made me think. How can you defend yourself against such problems? Let us call the company that has made trouble for you, abc. Here is my agenda:
  1. Post about company abc on forums and other social networks.
  2. You can get free sites on WordPress › Blog Tool and Weblog Platform and https://www.blogger.com/start where you can write about it. Important to have name of company abc in the title, headings and on the pages and make folders /abc/
  3. You may even buy hosting by a cheap hoster
  4. Auto generate names with company abc in the title. Then use company abc in the title of the page etc.
  5. Generate subsites with name abc in it.
Other, better proposals without taking the company to court?

Looking through that post I learned lesson that always buy a domain name from a reliable registrar only.
