Software Suggestions?

Hi,

I'm wanting to offer blogs to members of my site. To clarify, I want them to blog on my site.

What software would you recommend? It would need to be easy to integrate and to offer them an easy way to start their own blog.

I don't know these guys nor have I used there product. I happened upon it several weeks ago.
