Just upload it into your templates folder. Then you're done!

I have visions of ilyaskazi waiting for it to magically activate . . .
ilyaskazi, after you upload the entire template folder into /wp-content/themes/ you then have to go into wordpress admin/presentation and activate that theme you just uploaded. THEN you're done. :)

oops. I told you how to do it if you have your site hosted yourself (which, btw, is much preferable.) and I apologize, since you did say wordpress.com in your initial post.
In order to do anything on wordpress.com, which is a hosted solution, you have to follow their instructions, and I don't know if they allow you to upload anything, or install different templates. I'd look in the wordpress.com documentation for that.

@bj
No need to apologize. Ty for your co-operation. Just wondering why TemplateMonster offers for wordpress.com
If we cannot install why it exists in TM ?

Are you sure they didn't just say "WordPress"?
There is the hosted wordpress.com, and then there is a web ap at wordpress.org that you can download and install onto your own domain (which is what most people do) and is much more feature rich than the hosted wordpress.com, though is also a bit more work to get going, and will require LAMP hosting, a domain name pointing at it, and ftp access. It's not hard, but it is a little more involved than doing wordpress.com.

Ty for clearing my clarification. I now understand the differences between them. To upload wp theme I will need my personal domain hosted site.
