Hi

Just a few thoughts.

Not a bad site for a PHPNuke site.
Colour scheme is good and suitable for the topic.

The small graphic on background is a nice touch.

The main top left logo is not very strong. The ECBB letters are in too pale a shade of blue for my liking.

Good one.

Thanks for the response Mr. Tom. Yeah I worked within the PHP-Nuke framework but tried to customize it alot to be my own. I also programmed my own modules for some of the main features.

I'm thinking of moving the "Correspondents" block on the bottom right to the right of the current right side blocks. I want to feature it a little higher. Also, does anyone know of a way to get my invision board to appear as a module in nuke? Let me know.

If you want me to review, let me know.

Thanks,
Nash

Took a brief glance at your website, and have a couple of suggestions.

I viewed with IE6 for XP at 800 resolution, and you've got a horizontal scroll. Two of your td tags are set to 100% width, so this will cause the horizontal scroll. When %'s are used with the td tags, the total % should equal 100%.

The regular blue link used in your gray boxes stands out more than the dark navy blue used for the main navigation. Why not use the regular blue for the main navigation? IMHO, it will add more "pop."

The website was slow to load on a 56k modem, so you may want to consider making the header image a bit smaller or making the large image in the middle a bit smaller.

The text in your footer is too small and too light gray to be readable.

I found the scrolling image to be a bit of annoyance, especially on the "About" page as it makes the content hard to read. Why not place the image in your style sheet? If you want it positioned in the bottom right of the page, you could use this:

body {
background: url(some_image.gif) bottom right;
}

Overall, I had a good impression from the website. A few more tweaks and it will be a great website :)

Thanks for the tips, I think I will ammend the footer color and work on optimizing some of the images if it loads too slowly on 56 K. I will investigate the colors a bit for the nav bar because I do dislike having the things in the middle of the page pop out too much compared to the framework for it.
What are your feelings about letting the width be longer than 800 px? I could really use some more horizontal space.
Thanks!

You're welcome for the tips :) The answer to your horizontal space question would be found in your user logs - How many of your visitors are viewing it at 1280 resolution? Then there's also the question of whether visitors will use a palm or cell phone to access your website. If they do, the extra horizontal will make it more difficult for them to navigate. Hope these questions help you decide.
