Hello all ...I have just finished my website ...it is my first and would appreciate any assistance to improve it from a popularity and ranking point of view. My site is www.svagoristorante.com . This site represents an Italian Restaurant situated on the Greek Island of Santorini.
Thanks in anticipation[/url] <Mod edit to comply with Site Review Rule #1 - Masterpeace> |

Hi I've literally just joined and your site was the first I looked at. Yum, when can I come? I think this looks a really good site, especially as a first time! It might be an idea to add some navigation (back) on the links pages rather than having to use the brower back button, but I can't find anything wrong with it at all! GOOD LUCK!

Hey
The colours used work well, greens and blues look nice togther. The font is toooo much of the same - it's not easy to read in bulk - OK for heading. Change to TNR for body text Could do with a few more pictures to liven it up. The text navigation bar would look nicer is the colour changed on rollover. |

I agree about the font- it's OK for headlines (if a little bigger and bolder) but a standard text font is best for the main content.
I would also create a graphical navigation system instead of simple text links- either along the top or the left side, and integrated with the logo. And two or three photos on the first page would be good also- an exterior shot, a food shot, and a happy couple toasting shot would be nice. I also prefer narrow columns of text, rather then having text fill the full window width- such as using a DIV or a TABLE to limit the text to a column 500 or 600 pixels wide. That makes it easier to read, and gives the page some blank space in the margin. |
