The home page took an age to load - and I'm on cable. The file size clocks in at 177K of which 99K are images. It's pretty heavy and would take approx 40 seconds to load for someone on a 56K dial-up modem. Even the HTML weighs 69KB. Move the CSS out to an external style sheet to slim that down somewhat. Some of your graphics look a bit fuzzy and under-optimised maybe? I would guess you are shrinking down the image but then not adding a sharpen filter such as unsharp mask. The pics just look flat - as if they need more work on the levels, contrast and brightness as well.

I have reduced the Sizes for the images and rearranged the images and text. Would really appriciate if someone can comment on loading time now.
