While your site is easy to navigate and very well organized, visually the white text on the grey background is a little hard on the eyes. Too, the navigation links at the bottom are difficult to distinguish from the background. You might want to consider bold facing them.

Be advised that I tried to visit your "News" link and it took forever to upload. You might want to check that link.

I would choose not to blend the background color in with your header and footer graphics.

You should add a 'Services' button to your navigation.
Once you click off the home page - the user has no way of getting to your services except to remember to go back to home and then pick one.

Also maybe repeat your navigation on the top of the page too.

The white text on the bright blue is a little hard to read.

Bring your logo to the upper top left and have your tag line to the right of it. (Reverse them and make tag line smaller text, right now it looks like 'Solutions for bytes and pixels' is your logo.

Use more keywords in your title tag-
Currently you have
<title>::::::::iCompuSolutions.com::::::::</title>

Delete the : and insert useful keywords.
This will help you with your SEO.

You can use a rollover effect for your services and links on your homepage. This way users will know that it is a link and not 'dead' text.

You can fix the white on grey by just making the grey a little darker- or make the grey lighter and use black text.

The white dots on the bottom part of the background make it hard to read the copyright line and the links on the bottom- they could be raised a bit and put on the grey "shelf" right above the blue area.
