You have alot of information on your site.

I would do away with the page transitions. As a user, I want to get my info fast and not wait for extra special effects.
Also I dont see a button to get back to the home page.

Try to slow down your MPlus_FinancialComp.gif
Seems to rotate too fast.

Also you have a duplicate of services, and contact above your main navigation. Maybe up there replace one of them with a link back to your home page.

For SEO - I would include your links at the footer of every page with a site map link as well.

Another home page link idea is to make the area with your logo and phone number the home page. I always assume that a large consistant logo is also a link back to the home page.

Transitions seem fun but after the first couple times they become annoying...especially if you are trying to bring in repeat visitors.

The layout is nice and clean although you have to scroll if you are using 800x600.

It is a great start and can be awesome with a little tweaking.
