Default Your site...

Good start, but needs a bit of work. I'm not speaking about SEO or anything, because I haven't dug deep, but at first glance I did notice the following...

1) the image in the upper left is too big. You should scale that down to about 7-8k.

2) there are too many unnecessary images in the nav bar to the left which made downloading (even on my cable 2.2 meg connection) slower than usual.

3) more pics needed to visually stimulate

4) the downloads of .doc files are unnecessary cumbersome and can be done with plain html.

5) it seems more of a personal site so you may want to consider personalizing it with perhaps a pic of your self cooking, the foods you have created, and make it more fun. Plus, I also got that feel from the domain name...a take on yan can cook who is funny and personable.

Default Thanks, Kepa

Good feedback on my site: www.Men-Can-Cook.com...
Thanks very much. I think I've fixed a couple of the things you saw, i.e., got rid of the .doc files and went to .htm links.
Got rid of the graphic in the upper left corner. Not sure how to attack the images in the nav bar?
Thanks again. I really appreciate it.
Doug
