Well, I would first like to say it is a very wise move to create an HTML and Flash version of the site. Even though most people are on highspeed internet you still do not want to alienate the people on dial-up. I know there are views on if they aren't on highspeed but they are not worth. However I know a few CEO's who still do not have highspeed in their home. I also have experienced certain areas (in OHIO) where there is no highspeed internet or it is very hard to obtain it.
Secondly I would like to advise you on the color. It seems like a very dreary site. Alot of grey and black is fine but you have nothing that grabs the eye(other than the index).
Also, on the index the text links all the way to the bottom of the screen are unreadable.
Also the dark background with the dark text may cause some trouble with colorblind people. There are some 12 million + colorblind people on the world and you don't want to eliminate that many potential customers.
Those were just a few things I saw right away. I like the site (maybe alittle dark for my taste) but all in all I liked the site. Good Job!
