I think it is a good idea for to have a site like this to promote yourself, but I will tell you some ideas I would change:
- First, 800x600 resolution in recommended
- Black background: your site content would fit better with a soft color. Try it yourself with palid a rose!
- It loads a bit slow, so you should perhaps optimize your images
- Navigation menu at main page is not quite clear and the flash buttoms are difficult to understand.

Perhaps you do not think the same, but I tell you what I would said to a friend.
