Default www.alliancetac.com a business training site

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This is a site that I built for my company. A business training firm. We train in most all areas of business and organizational development. We have training course outlines and videos of trainers on our site. I would like your feedback.

Thank you in advance,

Nice and clean. Very informative and easy to navigate. Incorporating mouse rollover events to your two text nav areas (horizontal top and vertical left) would add a little dynamism, but that's an option that really only assists the visitor in tracking their mouse movements.

During your Flash masthead loop, there's a moment at its end when your name fades out completely. It's brief absence is somewhat disturbing. Some might feel apprehensive because of the impermanence that disappearance of the name denotes. Not causing it to loop might, IMO, be an improvement. Also, because the light flare begins from the left border, and quite distinctively so, this masthead might be better located at the far left edge of the pages, meaning that the www16a.gif image and the icon bar beneath it would have to be moved or eliminated.

On your Contact Us page, there are a lot of mailto links. In this era of out-of-control spammers, you run the risk of being hit by a harvester bot, and thus become subjected to the undesirable consequences of its yield. Providing your visitor with an email form isn't too hard to implement. You can even have a drop-down selection box for targetting the person to whom a message is directed. This type of interactivity is always appreciated by your visitor. You might be surprised how many people resent having their default email client's compose window being the only way to get in touch with you.
