Hey guys and gals... I would love it if you'd take a few minutes and give me some feedback on a new website I have launched: Wordpress Installation and Configuration Service. (InstallThePress.com)

This is a new Wordpress Installation service for those seeking to have a Wordpress based website or blog, but are intimidated by the prospect of installing and configuring a new software package. InstallThePress.com will install the latest Wordpress software on a client’s hosting server, configure the settings for an optimal experience and best search engine optimization, upload a variety of plugins and themes and add additional layers of security to help prevent hacking or hijacking of the client’s Wordpress driven website.

I would appreciate any feedback on the look, feel, functionality, features... anything you may see that either works or needs improvement.

I'm sure your going to hear it from others, but I guess I will kick it off.

The site itself is clean and simple and very easy to follow and understand.
But if I need this service I'm not real sure I would use you.
Your site failed to build trust. Considering some sites will want you to install WordPress in a sub-folder, that site owner has got to have trust in you as you will have full access to the root of their domain, giving you access to their existing site. For me this trust does not come quickly as it is far too easy to perform a DB backup and wham you have a complete verified email list of all of my customers plus quite possibly credit card info.
Now to be blunt I'm not sure if most of your customers will care about this as the WordPress site gives step by step instructions on how to install and upload themes, so in my mind if they can not figure out how to install it they really should not be using it and with this lack of information and know how they will not think of or care about someone coming in and installing a backdoor script or ripping off their DB.
Now before you think I'm inferring that you will do this, I'm not by any means. What I'm trying to say is that in this day and time just about everyone is thinking about ways to make money and sites like yours are popping up all over. You need to be different and stand out. Providing a P.O. Box address does not do this. A physical address is a lot better. No phone number is a killer. Then PayPal or Google for check out. Google and PayPal may be all you need for this site, but to most if this is all you offer it shows you do not plan on hanging around.
Lastly
I'm no tax expert, but I have been reading that a lot of sites on the internet have started charging "sales tax" on every order. This includes orders that they do not have to and pocketing the money as they do not have to send it in as they should not have collected it in the first place. Again I do not know NC law, but since I'm out of state and my server is not in NC either, why are you adding sales tax? If indeed you have to as per law you may want to explain it better as to be honest if a visitor does not believe, they are not going to research it. They will just leave. Even looking at your whois and researching the phone number given there, it does not come back to your company name. Again, this does not help build trust.

Another thing you may not be aware of. Your company name United Marketing Companies is close to United Marketing Consultants, LLC. The latter appears on many rip-off reports.

nice clean design. the order now button is a little intimidating right "up front" because you haven't really made clear what the user is getting and how much it will cost.
didn't like the fact that there was no "contact us" page.

the mouseover on the wordpress installation dropdown could do with actually being visible (as I typed this you changed it from white to blue!) - telepathy me thinks!

Edit: oh my bad, thats only once youve clicked on one of the dropdown options, prior to this its in white and you still cant read it properly

I like it. I think it could work well on it's target Market. You guys who already know how to install wordpress are being a bit unfair I think... I was talking to someone last week who knew they wanted a wordpress blog but were not confident enough to have a go themselves, and were quoted 300 gbp(if I remember rightly)...

Very simple and to the point.
But for a site that's supposed to conclude a sale, it's a bit light and doesn't dare a visitor to try the product out. Again, the big ad on the right can be distractive.
