The Customer Service page has pseudo-Latin placeholder text. Bad!
The Contact Us page lacks phone, postal, physical info. Bad!
The About Us has zero info "about us". Bad!
I selected a $349 item and the shipping charges were $220. Bad!

In a battle of timing of publishing timing, the earlier the date the better.....particularly true of something that isn't registered.

You can do this for info that is updated on a yearly basis:

but between putting (c) 1996 and (c) 2009, I'd stick with the 1996 if that was the publish date.

Most of my customers are high-tech companies and length of time in business is not relevant, but having the appearance of an outdated website is. An old copyright year is an indicator that the company is out of business and the site is a ghost website.

I like the simple clean approach, this makes it much easier to look over product details. Maybe do something with those Item total and View as bars (background image), put some sort of end or 1px line at the end and start of them to give them more definition.

Personally I would not buy from anyone who asks for my credit card info on a non secure page. Add this to the lack of contact info provided plus the lack of any privacy, return or warranty statements and I find myself quickly clicking a link to your competition that you are happily advertising on your page.

I dont understand why you would have a make an offer option on there, nor the googles adsense. the pages tend to take a long time to load for me.
the site does look clean and simple which i do like.
If i was going to spend some of the larger amounts some of the items cost i would want to phone up and place my order that way, so have your contact number on the front page.

As a site with products for sale it achieves that - there are lots of products for sale and the pictures and info are good. As a site that inspires confidence in the owner of the business it gives me no confidence and as a result I would be reluctant to make a purchase.

As a personal preference I do not like sites that mix up product sales with affiliate advertising (your google ads). I believe that if you are selling products you should stick to the products that you sell. When I come across a site attempting to mix products with adsense I think that the owner is not communicating confidence in their site's ability to be successful with its product range.

I think that if you remove the adsense and inspire more confidence in your business you have a good range of products to sell and present the products in an easy to understand manner.


I liked:

• the presentation of the products with good images in the product pages

I disliked

• the pages are very slow to load even those with small images - I wonder whether your webhost is providing sufficient memory
• About Us has no information at all and has more of the same adverts - a turn off
• Customer Service I do not like google ads on information pages - it tells me that you are not interested in me
