Hi All first i would like u to review my new website and tell me your honest opinion on it good or bad

Second thing is am pretty much new to joomla and i don't know how to do much customization on it and i would like to have my login directly on the home page instead of the menu item.What i mean actually is to have fields for username and password on showed on the home so every user doesn't have to click login on the menu to be able to see them

Where did I say that? Ok I stop here in this thread, since it is a review of your site so continue that discussion in the security sub forum.

Start by changing your title tag. Make it semantic and related to the subject of your site.

Yes as kgun says, the title of your home page needs to be changed to something much more descriptive. Currently it's set as -Home and this lack of description will not help people who are searching for you find your site unless they are searching for 'home'...


Now you seem to have a lot of content. Are you going to be throwing in footer links so people who reach the bottom of your page have a place to go next?

I noticed on your registration page:

I went to sign up with blank and false fields. When trying to submit the form without any data in the input boxes, the form didn't move or budge, there was no indication that I had to fill out all fields - no validation.

Thereafter I added information to the fields and entered an improper email address format. I tried submitting again and nothing happened at all.

I then added a properly formatted email address and the form submitted.

Basically you need to alert the user that they improperly filled out the form or they will eventually just leave your site.

Those were my initial observations...

well I'm thinking there might be a javascript issue in chrome because I've had a few problems with a few different installs of chrome and javascript...i'm sure joomla comes with a contact validation script already in place no?

Do you have validation issues when you try to submit the form improperly?

Yes u were right about validation problems

i checked other websites on joomla also and none of them comes with validation
u need to install some additional extension for it so its not problem with crome its joomla issue
Looking for a way to fix it as we speek
will report here when i find it since i didn't found any google result pointing on that issue

Also, I clicked on template in the left hand menu, then on one of the sub categories and was brought to an article on security, this for the first two sub categories...
