Do NOT start the noisy video up as I arrive at the homepage. Let me choose when I want to watch the video. If I were not reviewing the site, I would leave immediately after I hear the guy talking.

Your Keywords meta tag has way too many keywords and characters. Rule of thumb is 8 phrases of 200 characters total.

You have 327 characters.

Contact Us is lacking: postal, phone, email, physical info and I don't trust you.

I have to agree at least on the point of NOT having the video automatically start once I arrive at the page. A lot of people search the web while they are at work or it may be late at night when the kids have crept to bed and having to rush to your speaker volume to bring the noise down OR simply close the offending page is not the most optimal scenario...

Also, again, your site has nothing to do with search engine optimization and you shouldn't have that link or the text in the link on your page at all. If you want to give credit to them, you might want to consider mentioning them in your contact page - as the administrators or something - and the link to their services is on every page of your site. Not a good idea.

And with respect to the copyright, again Dave is right. I use this script which changes the year automatically to whatever year it is - which keeps me from having to update all my sites or my client sites each each with the current date.

I like the look, too ... and I agree, please let me choose whether to play the video. I do find the site attractive and I'm intrigued by the concept. Well done.

The SEO is not sound, though. In addition, to what Dave mentioned you have the following issues - just to mention a few:

the title tag on the home page is not optimized for any searched phrase;
there is way too much script in the source code which should be called from the server
alt tags aren't matching images -- for example:
<img src="images/arthritis.jpg" ... alt="Hyperactivity treatment" />

There are more SEO issues ... really, I can't see that the site is optimized at all.

But I am intrigued by the concept. I think when you get traffic to the site, you will get conversions.

Video annoying, let me choose to play it. Contact us and FAQs displays the same pages.
Need address and phone for trust issues.
Otherwise the colours are great, composition fresh and it loads very fast. Content interesting and helpful to many. Would help to have chapter or part of a chapter for free access to see what the book is like.

The title tags in all but your home page are massive, I dont think this does anything, google only reads the first 9 words or so.
It is a bit annoying that the video automaticly starts everytime i go to the home page.
personally i think its fine to leave the powered by link, but the seo one goes to a parked domain, so get rid of that.
Asthma link at the top and in content doesnt work - i think you should check all your links as this is really bad! - same with Road Accidents Rehabilitation link!
Otherwise, the general feel of the site is a bit dated, but fo me generally feels ok. I personally if I came across the site and wanted a product would be looking for more big names for security, you could make a bigger thing of the amazon review etc.
