We have managed to have most of our top keywords ranked on the first page on Google, Yahoo and Bing. There are two keywords that we still can't rank on Google's first page ("projector" & "projectors") We think it all comes down to text links from higher sources at this point.

Drop of keywords usually happen if discontinue with the link building and promoting of a site. The reason why the two keywords is not rank maybe because it is a general keywords and a lot of competing pages in google results. The best thing you do is to use keyword phrases and do some keyword analysis that can rank well in your niche

I think you should take a look at your logo and reevaluate it. You have dark text on a dark background. Personally I think its hurting you.
