Hey Guys and Gals. I would greatly appreciate any feedback you may have on my website. Design, originality, usability, speed, samples, you know the good the bad and the ugly.

In your post if you could very briefly state what kind of connection and hardware you are using. e.g:

56K G4 home
T1 2.GHZ PC office server
Cable Laptop 900MHZ pc

It is very beautiful. Love the design. It is all flash, which means you are going to have a hard time indexed.

Layout is great but the transitions take to long IMO. I need things fast.

It did load quite quickly size wise.

If it were me I would make each section of the flash movie a different movie on a different url. Google can spider links and this would make your page look bigger than 2 pages. I would also make all the pop-ups that have text in the image, have the text as text beside the image.

I don't have audio on my comp but I bet it is cool

I would make sure the background track of the main site stops playing when a user opens one of the animations. When the user closes the animation and goes back to the main screen you can have the sound start playing again.

Go to www.juxtinteractive.com and see what I mean. The main soundtrack will fade out when you visit one of the sites in the portfolio section.

Superb designs & animation. It differentiates a trained designer from a 'self-learned' designer.

One point to bring out: this site will not get much result from search engines due to lack of textual content, unless you pay for placement. Consider adding a smaller column of text (not within flash) which is also good for users with no flash player installed.

NB: For convenience and to save time, a hyperlink should be included in the message requesting a review.

Love the site.

Problems:
1. Your e-mail did not open my e-mail client. Put a contact link in that makes a click possible. You want the immediate response.

2. Greater contrast between background and text.

3. I was expecting an animation. Did I miss it?

Other stuff:

Is this the type of site you envision for your clients? The reason I ask is that your contact list wasn't linked to their web pages, so I'm not sure. I think your page should reflect the type of site the clientele would want.

Looks great! Very stylish. I'm using DSL and the speed was good. I have my monitor at 800x600 and your site was alittle off the edge. I agree with emi_b, use different url's for the flash movies.

There are a couple small things like your text going outside your design on your buttons but over all a great looking design.

I really like it you did a great job

Hey nommo,
My eyes were a bit whited out when site first came on but those fantastic bubble bullets led me to the topics. I would put a little more contrast in there. But that's me.
I loved it, man! Only thiing was Bullet Proof Diva and Invest In The Best gave me a plug in connection but I got an "error occured". Might be me. But ya might want to check on that. I didn't get to view those two clicks.
If I had-a-known way back when I really would have gone and got some real schooling on web developement.

best regards,
Bill

Hi Nommo,
Lovely site, right up my street (couldn't get 'bullet proof diva' though :-( ).

I'm on win.XP, 576 kbps. Load speed was fine IMO.

Can't really add to the pro comments above, but my question is, What is the best way to get Flash websites indexed? Is it possible to get Flash sites indexed?

Default beautiful design

hi,

site is really beautiful. a small suggession, when loading the home page it's showing the size of the loading file. its better way to show in the percentage of file size. ex. loading 20%.. etc

So much said about your site. Really nice layout. The creativity is at the peak. Just two things as others meontioned, Your text and the color contrast. if you can work on this, it will give killer look to your site. Also make your text a bit visible. Rest, now doubt some really cool stuff out there.

WOW! Very cool site! Like others have said, the contrast between text and background should be greater. I had no problems with the speed of loading or transitioning at all. Very cool!

Hey my sincere thanks to everyone for your comments and suggestions. My apologees to those with their display settings at 800x600. I decided to optimize it more for 1024x768. For those with higher res. disp settings I felt the design, especially the text, would be to small to read if I optimized it for 800x600. I think I'll put a: "Best viewed at 1024x768" tag on the splash page.

-hey emi_b. I'm going to utilize META TAGS and include a links page on my next version. I'm hoping this will significantly help getting indexed.

-webprowannabee. Thanks for the link. The music faded out when clicking the portfolio link but didn't come back on after closing the page. I'll have to figure that out and incorp.

-thanks janeth.

-hey everlife2. One or two others had a similar problem. I'm working on that. I wonder if its a matter of having the right version of quick time player.
version 6.5 or later.
What version do you have?

-Hi Neelima. Thanks for the sugg. Thats something I wanted to do and will be adding on my next version.

-Yeah. I'll be working on the text and bg contrast a bit for the next version. THANKS

best regards again to all.

meta tags won't solve you're index problem. However today there was a story that Goolge can now read Flash content. So who knows. this might open up a whole bunch of doors for all of us.
